Highflyer-sourced horses have been running as hot this summer as the weather and once again resulted in two winners at Royal Ascot. Namely, Daiquiri Bay (Alan King) and Green Carrera (Joseph O’Brien). Daiquiri Bay was a 62,000 Guinea breeze up sale purchase from Tattersalls in May 2024 and Green Carrera cost €95,000 as a yearling from the Goffs Orby Sale. Both are currently unbeaten this year and have even bigger targets ahead.
