Highflyer Bloodstock

Pentland Hills managed the rare feat of winning both Grade 1 juvenile hurdles at Cheltenham (Triumph Hurdle) and the Anniversary 4yo Hurdle at Aintree for Owners Group and trainer Nicky Henderson. In doing so, he made himself Champion 4yo of Britain and Ireland and being still unbeaten he now looks a possible contender for the 2020 Champion Hurdle. He was the Highflyer highlight of the most recent Grand National Meeting at Aintree although the likes of The Glancing Queen (a decisive winner of the Champion Mares Bumper (Grade 2)), the hugely impressive Aux Ptits Soins in the opening Grade 3 on Grand National Day plus the very progressive Kildisart in the Listed Betway Chase kept the Agency’s banner to the fore throughout the 3-day meeting.
