Le Prezien was a comfortable winner of the prestigious Grade 2 Premier Novices Hurdle for the Partnership at Kelso on Sunday 13 March. He now heads to Aintree for the Grade 1 Mersey Novices Hurdle on Saturday, 9 April. This is the same race won by the Partnership’s Garde Champetre in 2004 before he sold for 530,000 Guineas at the Doncaster Spring Sales that May. Le Prezien will also head to Doncaster for the sales after his next run.
