Racing in the colours of the Barbury Lions 5, Trushan’s sights will now be firmly on the Ascot Gold Cup next June with other targets later in the season likely to include the Irish St Leger and the Prix Du Cadran. It has been a glorious flat season for Alan, particularly at Ascot where earlier this year he set out three Royal Ascot winners in Who Dares Wins, Couer De Lion and Scarlet Dragon.
